[Canary] Air pollution in Southwestern Indiana

Here in southern Indiana, we have a major air
pollution problem, due in part to our plentiful
coal-fired power plants.  I am involved with a local
citizens group, but most people here don't seem too
concerned or interested in addressing the pollution. 
Any tips on how to mobilize more people to deal with
the air pollution problem?  What has worked best for
your group?  Also, how do we get our hands on
"Kilowatt Ours"--Our group would probably love to
arrange a showing of it if we can.
